Turtle Pond Wildlife Centre is an authorized wildlife rehabilitation centre located in the Sudbury district. We specialize in turtle rehabilitation and participate in turtle conservation efforts. TPWC also hatches turtle eggs collected from admitted turtles as well as from high-risk nest locations (with appropriate approvals). Hatchlings remain with us over the winter months and are released in their mothers home territory the following year. TPWC is also authorized to take in rabies vector species, birds, small mammals, small carnivore animals and raptors.
